    So good! Fluffy, big and lots of flavor. Must try! I always get the pizza pesto bagel with egg and jack cheese. You just want to keep eating more and more

    Update: the male employee is super nice, very polite. I went in the other day and there is a blond woman working. No personality, and her customer service was not great! My bagel was just ok, smaller than normal

    Do not have them toast your bagel.  I specifically asked for an over toasted bagel.   I want it toasted not warmed up.  The server barely acknowledged me, then slathered too much cream cheese and squashed my bagel.  
    I would have given less stars, but if you buy bagels and cream cheese separate and make them yourself they are quite good.  
    Just tired of being invisible to young folk.

    Thank you Grateful Bagel, for being here in Sebastopol! The bagels are very good and this is coming from a New Yorker who knows good bagels! Everything is fresh and well prepared.
    My favorite is their "Loxy Lady," which is w/ cream cheese, capers, lox and tomato. Wow! Their lox is really good lox! The servers are quick and hard working. Love this place - it's been here a long time and the only improvement it could make is to move to a bigger space. As is, highly recommend!

    This place is awesome and the employees enjoy what they are doing and it really shows. Fresh bagels daily with health drinks to water it down.

    Haven't stop by at this spot in awhile and I guess the lady making my bagle was in a bad mood since my bagel was smashed down..don't remember them being so flat before.
